Scarlett Gem of Blue Rayne is a really nice red heifer calf with the temperament, look and potential to make a great project for a young showman.

Scarlett is super sweet, very well halter broke and gentle by nature. She has already gotten some experience in the show ring, placing 3rd in her class at the Iowa State Fair and 3rd in her class at the North Star Highland Show in Owatonna, Minnesota. Judges noted her clean neckline and the potential they see in her.

She is sired by Diamond Creek’s Sandstorm Sam “Charlie Brown” #67475, a muscular, square-made dun bull who has consistently put quality calves on the ground. Her dam, Midnight Mae of Blue Rayne #66348, is a thick, square-bodied black cow with plenty of shag and a quiet personality.

Scarlett brings together a strong set of genetics with the kind of disposition that makes her especially appealing for a young showman or family with kids interested in getting started with Highlands. She is the kind of heifer we would genuinely love to see go to a young person who can continue developing her and enjoy her in the show ring.
